Warner Construction Services, Inc., was founded in 1993 as a small minority-owned construction company. The principal owner is Frank Warner Jr., Headquartered in Eden, GA. He is a certified heavy-duty mechanic with a "can do attitude" and a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry, permitting procedures, zoning, and building codes. With a well-deserved reputation as a "top contractor," Frank has been privileged to work on and be responsible for a wide variety of high-profile and specialty projects, both as a prime contractor and as a subcontractor. Naturally, he appreciates the need to respond expediently, precisely, and efficiently to his clients' needs and concerns. In addition, Mr. Warner understands, intuitively, the magnitude of time management and task delegation; two critical factors for an industry where "time is money."

Overview of Company
Eight years following its inception in 1993, Warner Construction Services, Inc. grew slowly, working mostly on small scale residential projects while gaining a reputation for quality services and dependability. Over time, the company began to successfully bid on larger projects leading to its growth and expansion.
In 2002, the company's management team came to the conclusion that the firm had grown sufficiently. Warner Construction exceeded its primary target market from the residential construction segment to the higher margin office of the commercial construction segment. The company has implemented this change since mid 2009.
Over the years, Frank Warner and his team of highly-skilled craftsmen have successfully completed a substantial number of new constructions, renovations, interior build outs, and retrofit projects. A well-organized, high-energy company, Warner Construction Services Inc. operates througout Coastal Georgia and also serves communities along the South Carolina coastline.
